Consumes a diet which offers a good supply of vitamins A and E. Eat homemade food like legumes, nuts, fruits and vegetables. Keep yourself hydrated throughout the day drink at least 2-3 liters water every day

Here is how you can make Neem Face Mask at home:
Mix 1 tablespoon Neem Powder, half tablespoon Besan or Gram Flour, one-fourth
teaspoon Turmeric and 1 tablespoon Raw Milk to form a semi-thick paste.
After cleaning your face, apply the mask to your face and leave it on for 10-15 minutes.
Rinse the mask off completely and pat your face dry.
You can apply this mask 2-3 times a week. You will see visible results in 1-2 weeks.
Wash Your Face Properly
It is important to wash your face properly with right cleansers twice a day. Sleeping with makeup on or not washing your face after a sweaty day may result in acne breakout. Keep your face clean and avoid touching your face frequently because it may transfer bacteria from your hand to your face. Do not use harsh face wash to clean your face, opt for gentle face wash instead. Use separate towels for your face.
Moisturize your face
Moisturizers helps the skin to stay hydrated and moisturized. Use the moisturizer as per your skin type. Avoid using moisturizers which contain oil or fragrance as they irritate the skin. To prevent acne use noncomedogenic moisturizers.
Try Over-the-Counter acne Treatment
Over-the-Counter (OTC) treatments can be taken without prescription of a doctor. You can use OTC treatments to prevent acne or spot-treat acne, it also helps to control frequent breakouts. These contain ingredients such as Benzoyl Peroxide, Salicylic Acid, Glycolic Acid and Lactic Acid which helps in treating acne. They may cause drying or peeling of the skin so start with a small amount first.
Some studies suggest that taking too much stress leads to acne breakouts. Hormones released during stress may increase Sebum production and inflammation. Taking
